Dubai Miracle Garden operates seasonally, typically from late September or October through April or May. It closes during summer for maintenance and replanting. Check dubaimiraclegarden.com or our official social media for the current season dates before you visit.

Visitor rules
- Admission Policy: Tickets are valid for single entry only.
- Photography & Filming: Professional cameras/drones are prohibited. Event shoots require prior authorization from the Management Office.
- Operational Hours: Strictly follow the published opening and closing times.
- Garden Navigation: Use designated pathways, walkways, and exits.
- Flower Preservation: Picking flowers is strictly prohibited.
- Prohibited Items & Activities: Not permitted: vehicles, balls, scooters, bicycles, hoverboards, pets. No outside food/beverages. No barbecuing.
- Waste Management: Use designated bins for litter.
- Seating Areas: Sit only in designated seating areas.
- Personal Belongings: Management is not liable for loss/damage to unattended items.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the garden.
- Security Compliance: Follow security personnel instructions immediately and without dispute.
- Management Rights: Management may expel visitors who threaten flora/assets or engage in misconduct.
- Liability for Damages: Visitors and their companions are responsible for any damage to fixtures, installations, or landscaping.
For professional shoots or events, please obtain prior authorization from the Management Office.
